Developed by The Walt Disney Company in the mid-1990s, Celebration was shaped by New Urbanist principles—front porches, connected streets, civic buildings, and parks that pull people outside. Master planning involved firms like Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Cooper Robertson, which is why the town center and neighborhoods feel cohesive and human-scale. You see it in the mix of traditional architecture, pocket parks, and boardwalks that link homes to schools, shops, and the lakefront.
Amenities Of The Celebration Community
Daily life revolves around Town Center—Market Street and the lakeside promenade—where you can run errands, meet for coffee, and catch weekend events without getting in the car.
